  • Convention Registration (for receiving your name badge, Convention bag, tickets and vouchers) will be opened at the Ballroom of Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus Hotel as of July 7, 10:00. Upon your arrival to Istanbul, we kindly recommend you to make your registration as soon as possible for avoiding accumulation at the Registration Desk on July 9.
  • Registration & Info Desk will be moved to Hilton Istanbul Bosphorus Convention Center Foyer by July 10, 09:00.
  • Soroptimists without any balance due to pay or obtain from the Convention are kindly invited to the ONLINE registration area. If you have any balance due to pay or to be received from the Convention, please visit the ONSITE registration area.
  • Social programme & optional events' tickets and transfers can be purchased from the Onsite Registration Desk.
  • All Convention documentation (Convention bag, name badges, tickets for coffee breaks & lunches, vouchers for optional events) will be delivered per signature during registration.
  • To avoid any inconvenience during the Convention, please do not lose the tickets & vouchers and remember to carry them with you during the event dates.
  • Kindly note that, all Soroptimists are to be expected to wear their name badges at all times during the Convention. Admissions to the sessions and all events, coffee break & lunch services require the name badges to be presented.
  • "For your convenience during shopping at the Exhibition Hall, please kindly note to take plenty of 1, 5, 10 and 20 Euros with you. You may also need plenty of 1, 5, 10, 20 and 50 Turkish Liras for shopping at the desks of non-Soroptimist participants."
  • If you have purchased airport transfer service, please submit your exact flight details to the system. Your transfer will be scheduled accordingly with the details provided by yourself via the online registration system. ZED Event Management will not and may not be kept responsible for any inconvenience occurring from missing & wrong flight information submitted regarding transfers.
    • At your arrival to the airport, please note that you'll be met at the exit of the international arrivals terminal by the transfer team.
    • At your departure from Turkey please kindly note that, for flights to Europe, passengers are to be at the airport two hours prior to the flight. For flights to USA, passengers are to be at the airport three hours prior to the flight.
    • All the transfers for return will be announced accordingly.
