Güliz Çınar, born in İzmit in 1953. She studied at Nişantaşı Faculty of Pharmacy. She retired from Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company.

She became a member of İzmit Soroptimist Club in 1982. She has been transferred to Şişli Soroptimist Club in 1984. At her Club she worked as President, Vice President, Secretary, Extension Member, Co-ordinator of Human Rights & Women Status, Environment, Health and Education. She was the Vice President at Soroptimist International of Turkey between 2010 and 2012. She is the President at her Club for 2014-2016 period.

She is married and has a son.
